There is something so special about summer evenings in the Rockies, and Hannah & Kyle’s proposal was one we will never forget.

The entire evening felt cinematic from the very beginning. Storm clouds had been building, creating the dreamiest atmosphere over the mountains, but somehow the rain managed to hold off for almost their entire session. It honestly felt like the weather was waiting for them to have their moment.

Kyle planned such a thoughtful proposal, and getting to witness Hannah’s reaction as he got down on one knee was so incredible to capture. Between the soft summer light, dramatic skies, and the excitement of such a meaningful moment, everything came together so naturally.

Just as we were wrapping up their session, the rain finally arrived: and instead of running from it, we embraced it. The rainy finale added such a magical feeling to the end of the evening and made the entire session feel even more unforgettable.
